This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-101 (effective 10/26/2018). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 511210 Software Publishers, with a small business size standard of $38.5 million. Small Businesses registration will be verified in System Award Management (SAM) and Small Business Administration (SBA). Quotes will be considered non-responsive and rejected if the Contracting Officer is not able to verify and view contractor registrations. Contractor shall provide all labor, parts, licensing, materials, equipment, tools, travel, personnel, supervision, training, and all necessary resources to provide POWER MONITORING EXPERT 8.2 (PME 8.2) software to upgrade existing ION ENTERPRISE 6.0 SP1 (ION 6.0) software and install ECOSTRUXURE ASSET ADVISOR MODULE including standardized query language (SQL) license and Event Notification Module licensing at the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) in Little Rock, AR. Anticipated Period of Performance dates: April 01, 2019 thru March 31, 2020. This is for non-personal services.
