- Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Hood is issuing a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE for an Invitation for Bids (IFB) firm fixed price construction contract for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantities (ID/IQ), Renovations and Repair Requirements Contract, Fort Hood, Texas. This acquisition is 100% set aside for eligible Certified 8(a) participants for NAICS 238990 All Other Specialty Trade Contractors (Size Standard $15 Million). The eligibility to participate may be restricted to 8(a) participants in either the developmental stage or the developmental and transitional stages. The magnitude of the procurement is estimated to be between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000.
