- The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has a requirement for Individual Identity Verification and Authentication Support Services. FEMA intends to award an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract with task orders issued on a firm fixed-price basis for up to 5 years. The specifications are located in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) which is attached.
