- Battle Creek VA Medical Center located at 5500 Armstrong Road, Battle Creek, MI 49037-7314 is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for contractor to provide all transportation, labor, tools, materials, equipment, supervision necessary to complete the repair/mod/upgrades of units listed in the SOW. No telephone requests will be accepted. Solicitation packages will be available on or about March 13, 2019. Electronic solicitations may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: www.fbo.gov. All questions will be answered via Solicitation amendment. Questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer at the following e-mail address: olalekan.ismail@va.gov no later than March 15, 2019.
