- This is a presolicitation notice to remove and replace access flooring at the National Weather Service (NWS) office located at 1352 FM 646W, Suite 202, Dickinson, Texas 77539. This is a request for quote using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 238330. The small business size standard is $15.0M. Performance period shall be from time of award and completed within ninety days.
