- The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), Branch of Quality Systems (BQS), Organic Blind Sample Project (OBSP), within the Water Mission Area (WMA) intends to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for chemical concentration mixes. Each BPA will be for a period of two years.
