- The Government intends to award a sole source purchase order in accordance with FAR 13.106-(b). Attached to this notice is the redacted sole source justification and approval document signed by the Contracting Officer. A solicitation will not be posted following this pre-solicitation notice. This is a service requirement for multi mission terminal with satellite commercial internet service to be provided by VIASAT INC as the Original Equipment Manufacturer. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (13-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
