Description
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has a requirement for Boeing 727-200 Air Carrier Aircraft Pilot Training for Flight Standards Operations Inspectors and Aircraft Certification Pilots employed by the Federal Aviation Administration. The FAA contemplates award of an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements type contract with 1-year base period with two, 1-year option periods. The award will be made to the vendor with the lowest priced technically acceptable proposal. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING AND EITHER MAILED, FAXED OR EMAILED TO THE CONTRACTING SPECIALIST. CONTACT INFORMATION BELOW. All interested sources should first attempt to download the attached SIR and supporting document(s). If downloading is not possible, all request for copies of the SIR documents(s) must be made in writing to the attention of Sherrie Files, Contracting Officer (AAQ-732), via e-mail at sherrie.files@faa.gov. Any and all questions pertaining to this SIR should be submitted in writing to the contract specialist at, sherrie.files@faa.gov by 3:00 p.m. CST on March 22, 2019 to allow for adequate response time. No questions will be allowed after that date and time. Technical and cost proposals must be received by the FAA no later than 5:00 P.M. CST, March 29, 2019. Must be submitted electronically to sherrie.files@faa.gov, addressed with SIR No. 6973GH-19-R-00064. All submittals will need to allow sufficient time to process through security procedures in place at the Aeronautical Center. In accordance with SIR Section L provision 3.2.2.3-14 entitled, "Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals," any proposals received after the due time and date of 5:00 p.m. CST, March 29, 2019, will not be considered. In addition, if all requested information is not furnished in the offeror's proposal, the offeror's proposal may be determined to be non-responsive and ineligible for consideration for contract award. The SIR/RFO is not be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of requested proposal documentation.
