The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is performing market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified: (1) Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); (2) Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB); or (3) Small or emerging small business firms, or (4) Other Than Small business firms, to provide Solar Emergency Call Towers, CASE SYSTEMS, INC. brand name or equal, for the Edward Hines Jr. VAH in Hines, Illinois. General Requirements: BRAND NAME (CASE SYSTEMS, INC.) OR EQUAL: Quantity: 15 Brand Name Item Number: 6000-0351-05 Minimum Requirement: Blue Light Emergency Call Tower shall: - Be one button. - Be no less than 45W solar. - Be no less 40Ah back up battery. - Include 4G cellular radio. - Be self-diagnostic. - Be a completely wireless solution. - Enhance patient, staff and public safety in the Hines VAH parking lots by providing clear voice-to-voice communication over a cellular network to the Hines VAH Police when emergency assistance is required. - Include turnkey installation at the Hines VAH. All interested firms who can meet the requirements stated above should respond, in writing, INCLUDING ALL THE FOLLOWING: 1. Company name. 2. Address. 3.
