Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. The Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground, Tenant Contracting Division, 6565 Surveillance Loop, Aberdeen Proving Ground MD 21005 has a requirement to procure Miltenyi Biotec's MACSQuant® Analyzer 10 (# 130-096-343) and MACS® MiniSampler Plus (# 130-105-745). QTY=1. For fully automated flow cytometric analysis, the unique logistical and technological requirements that need to be met are on the attached sheet. This purchase is for U.S. Army, Edgewood Chemical Biological Center located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed priced sole source purchase order to Miltenyi Biotec, Inc., 2303 Lindberg St, Auburn, CA, 95602-9562. ECBC requests the purchase of the above. See attached justification for more details. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334516 and the Business Size Standard is 1,000.
