- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Special Services Group for Covert Surveillance Equipment under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 and FAR 13.501. BIA's primary goal(s) for the contractor is provide specially designed surveillance equipment for government drug enforcement agencies. Due to the urgency of this contract the anticipated award date is 19 MARCH 2019. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 334310.
