- The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 21, intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Aesynt Incorporated because we believe they are the sole source provider for Preventative Maintenance for Acudose Cabinet. A draft of the statement of work is attached. If you believe that your company is capable of performing services in accordance with the statement of work, please provide your information and capability by responding to angela.gerlitzki@va.gov by March 17, 2019 by 1900 pm HST. The applicable NAICS Code is 811219 and the size standard is $20.5 Million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
