- In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The Government intends to negotiate a Sole Source Award with Advance Sterilization. They are located at 33 Technology Drive Irvine, CA, 92718. Advance Sterilization shall provide: Full Service Maintenance agreement on Sterilizer-Plasma Injector Model 100NX, S/N 1041110525, EE# 35572. Maintenance Services include the following: Preventive Maintenance (PM) including all labor and parts. Corrective Maintenance including all labor and parts. Two scheduled preventative maintenance visits per year. Operating hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding legal holidays. Twenty-four (24) hour response time is required. The anticipated period of performance is 05/01/2019 to 04/30/2024, with four, one-year option periods, with service to be provided at the Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center, 1111 East End Blvd. Wilkes-Barre, PA. The NAICS code for this procurement is 811219. The size standard is $20.5 million. Interested parties that can meet the capabilities and requirements, may identify their interest. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. Interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements, must submit information about their capabilities no later than 1:00 PM EST, 03/15/2019. All information shall be provided at no cost, or obligation to the Government. No solicitation will be made available. Information must be sent to the Contract Specialist, robert.neal2@va.gov. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Contracting Department will proceed with the sole source negotiation with Advance Sterilization.
