- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Applicable FAR provisions and clauses in effect thru Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F2D0CM9014A001 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Hill AFB, Utah. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns, with a NAICS code of 332323. A single award will be made as a result of evaluation of quotes received.
