Description

The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government is soliciting and negotiating with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.501(a) on the basis of that if a vendor other than the incumbent were to perform the testing and maintenance services would result in unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's requirements. The name of the company the Government intends to award a contract modification to is SUN POWER SYSTEM INC, 133 MONROE FARM RD, FREDERICKSBURG, VA, 22406-5331(1URE9). This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received prior to the closing date and time of this solicitation. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (13-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
