- The requirements of this procurement action is to obtain all equipment maintenance and mail meter rentals required for the existing Pitney Bowes equipment used for the accountability of all inbound mail and small packages and/or the processing of all outbound mail and small package shipments for DLA Installation Operations Columbus in Columbus, OH, DLA Installation Operations Richmond in Richmond, VA, DLA Installation Operations San Joaquin in Tracy, CA, and DLA Installation Operations Susquehanna in New Cumberland, PA. The contract shall cover all maintenance on all hardware equipment to meet this requirement and secure hosting services that meet federal security requirements as outlined in this statement of work, as well as a line item for procuring supplies on an open market basis. In addition when required, the contract shall cover the reinstallation of SendSuite Live and SendSuite Tracking software when Government equipment failure or Government network changes occurs at DLA Installation Operations Fort Belvoir in Fort Belvoir, VA, DLA Installation Operations Columbus in Columbus, OH, DLA Installation Operations Richmond in Richmond, VA, DLA Installation Operations San Joaquin in Tracy, CA, and DLA Installation Operations Susquehanna in New Cumberland, PA. Reducing carrier charges and overhead costs are a key component of this procurement.
