- This Combined Synopsis / Solicitation is to issue a Base plus Option Year Contract for the delivery of dry ice and rental of dry ice bins for the Research & Development Services Department at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS) and Ambulatory Care Center (ACC) Sepulveda. The dry ice is to be delivered as 5 lbs. slabs, transfilled into lockable bins at the VAGLAHS and ACC Sepulveda. The rental bins are two (2) 500 lbs. lockable bins and one (1) 250 lbs. lockable bin at the VAGLAHS. In accordance with 38 USC 8127(d) Veterans First Contracting Program, this solicitation is an SDVOSB set-aside. Only offers from contractors listed on the VETBIZ website as SDVOSB at the time of award will be considered. All questions must be emailed to bryan.boggs2@va.gov by 1200 noon PST on Monday, 3/18/2019. This will allow time for a response to be posted via amendment to FBO. No late questions will be answered. All offers must be emailed to bryan.boggs2@va.gov by 1200 noon PST on Wednesday, 3/20/2019. No late offers will be considered.
