- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice as a set aside for service disabled veteran owned small businesses (SDVOSBs) and veteran owned small businesses (VOSBs). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotes under solicitation number: 36C26219Q0490. Responses are due by 12:00 pm, Monday, March 18, 2019 Solicitation 36C26219Q0490 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award contract. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 22 Network Contracting Office, is seeking a vendor that can provide Ergonomics Equipment Supplies that at a minimum meets the following salient characteristics with a brand name or equal product for the VA San Diego Healthcare System: LINE ITEM DESCRIPTION QUANTITY UNIT 1 TaskMate Go Dual Lift Standing Desk (Model 6350) 8 EA 2 VersaDesk Power Pro Adjustable Standing Desk Riser (Model VT7643624-B) 20 EA 3 ECD Task Chair Petite Seat with Adjustable Arms-Mid Back, Fab-D Dillon Black Vinyl OP-TB133 (Model 1506JS-D) 6 EA 4 ECD Task Chair with Adjustable Arms-Mid Back, Fab-D Dillon Black Vinyl OP-TB133 (Model 1506JS18-D) 10 EA Statement of Work is attached. The solicitation will be in accordance with FAR Part 12, 13, and 19, Acquisition of Commercial Items, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, Small Business Programs, and Veteran Affairs Acquisition Regulations as supplemented with additional information in this notice. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 337214 size standard 1000 employees. The Contractor shall adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations in effect during the term of this contract. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract. The Contract begins on the date of award. Due to time constraints, responses to the solicitation shall be due on Monday, March 18, 2019 at 12 Noon. Email a detailed quote on company letterhead to Ryan.Singletaryva.gov. Please provide all relevant information needed to describe the product you are proposing. Offerors are advised that it is your responsibility to review and monitor the website frequently to ensure you have the most up to date information, including amendments.
