- This solicitation is for WichiTech brand name or an equal product. During this solicitation process, coupled with extensive market research, it appeared that only the WichiTech brand could meet the minimum salient characteristics. At that time, the minimum salient characteristics were further scrutinized in a continued effort to obtain competition for the requirement. However, due to the Air Force standards and standard operating procedures, the minimum salient characteristics could not be revised or broadened. Therefore, this solicitation is to be cancelled. The requirement will be re-solicited as a "brand name only" requirement. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (13-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
