- The Government has received a few questions pertaining to the instructions on Attachment 04 - P6 Cost Summary. Where the cells do not cover the full five-year ordering period (for example, some cells only total ordering periods one to three), offerors should adjust the spreadsheet so that it accurately reflects the offeror's full cost summary (inclusive of years four and five). The instructions are designed to serve as a guide post, but offerors are able to depart from them in order to accurately convey their full five-year cost summary (like in the instance stated above). NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (13-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
