- Clarification on Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). The following information provides clarification on information already included as part of the Solicitation Documents and Agreement. Section II.E., subsection (1) of GSA Solicitation No. 47PJ0019R0035 requires entity registration in the SAM. FAR subpart 4.1102(a) sets the policy that "...offerors and quoters are required to be registered in SAM at the time an offer or quotation is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirement...". FAR 52.204-7 System for Award Management (Oct 2018) provides the definition of ' Registered in the System for Award Management (SAM)'...". NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (13-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
