- Amendment 0003 to answer questions: Question 7: can we use USA Materials and manufacture it overseas with capable Labor at our facilities. Answer 7: The gloves must be domestically sourced and manufactured. This is mandated to us. Question 8: A sample can produce if we can do overseas manufacturing? Answer 8: Samples are not needed for items that are manufactured off shore even if materials are domestically sourced. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (13-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
