- This amendment provides final answers to questions received: Below are answers to questions regarding specifications, alternative equipment, inspection/acceptance and voltage requiement. Answers: 1. See the tabs on the ROM spreadsheet for all specifications. Specifications for all listed equipment are provided in the attachment. Propose an equivalent part number or make/model for any equipment or software which is end of life. This means if the manufacturer no longer makes any of the required equipment then the vendor can propose an equivalent alternative but must specify the alternative on the ROM spreadsheet next to the corresponding item in column 1. 2. ADZ 001 is for 25 Lenovo computers. The requirement is for an assembled computer. ADM 003 software licenses end user is the Iraq Ministry of Defense. 3. Inspection acceptance is Origin. DCMA cognizant office witll inspect, accept and ship all equipment. The equipment will be inspected and accepted at the contractor's facility by the cognizant DCMA office. DTS ships after inspection and acceptance. The contract will specify the order in which the equipment will ship. It is not preferable to consolidate all equipment since the ship to address is different for each respective case. 4. Voltage requirement is 220. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (13-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
