- Battle Creek VA Medical Center located at 5500 Armstrong Road, Battle Creek, MI 49037-7314 is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for contractor to provide all transportation, labor, tools, materials, equipment, supervision necessary to complete the repair/mod/upgrades of units listed in the SOW. This procurement has been set-aside 100% for award to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Concerns. Offers from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. Solicitation packages will be available on or about March 13, 2019. Electronic solicitations may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: www.fbo.gov. A site visit will be held on 3/20/2018 at 9:00 a.m. All Contractors shall sign-in at Building 27 Room 100A for site visit. Site Visit participation is highly encouraged. All questions will be answered via Solicitation amendment.
