- Description
- The United States Army Futures Command - Army Research Laboratory (ARL) intends to issue a contract for 200 All Access Pass (AAP) holders for support of training. This unlimited access will provide access to training and development materials for the trained/certified individuals of ARL. These AAP hollers will be allowed access to all content required to facilitate training in order to meet the unique needs of each individual office. We intend to issue the contract to Franklin-Covey Client Sales, 2200 Parkway Blvd, Salt Lake City, Utah 84119 in order to provide access to organization assessments, individual assessments, leadership and personal development training and services for the duration of one 12-month period. The award will be issued under the Statutory Authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a) (1) Use of noncompetitive procedures.
