Description

This procurement is for the continuation of Mutation Analysis Testing for the National Institutes of Health, Department of Laboratory Medicine in accordance with FAR 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items specifically FAR 13.501 Special Documentation Requirements, where acquisitions conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures are exempt from the requirements of FAR 6, but still require a justification using the format of FAR 6.303-2. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
