Description: Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 15), Leavenworth, KS intends to solicit proposals from contractors who perform services in the NCO 15 area which includes the state Missouri to ensure the continuous reliability of the boiler system. Specifically, one (1) Cleaver Brooks model CB200-350, BTU/HR: 14,645,000 and two (2) Cleaver Brooks models CB200-600 BTU/HR 25,106,000 at the John Cochran and Jefferson Barracks Division of the St. Louis VA Health Care System, 1 Jefferson Barracks Drive, St. Louis, MO 63125. The VA anticipates issuing an open solicitation for this requirement on or about Friday, March 15, 2019. Proposals will be accepted for a period of approximately fourteen (5) days commencing with the issuance date of the solicitation. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the proposal submission process. Prospective Offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the FBO website (https://www.fbo.gov), so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and certified as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses and/or Veteran Owned Small Business in the VetBiz database to be eligible.
