Market research was conducted and determined that Fisher Unitech is the only vendor capable of providing supplies necessary that meet the requirements off Gait and Motion analysis Laboratory at the Manhattan VAMC. Hardware / Firmware specifications 3D printer Hardware: The system needs to be a Stratasys Fortus 450MC 3D printer. It will have following specifications: System Size: 51 x35.5 x78.1 inches System Weight: 1,325lbs Build Size: 16 x 14 x 16 inches Layer Thickness: 0.330mm Accuracy: Parts are produced within an accuracy of ±.127 mm ( ±.005 in.) or ±.0015 mm/mm ( ±.0015 in/in). Z part accuracy includes an additional tolerance of -0.000/+slice height Power Requirements: 208VAC 3 phase, 50/60 Hz, consumes 18 Amps Materials: Thermoplastics (ABS, ASA), Nylon 12, Nylon 12CF, ULTEM resins, Antero, PC Material Delivery: Two bays each for material and support cannisters 3D Scanner Hardware: For integration with the 3D printer, the scanner needs to be an Artec Eva Scanner. GrabCAD Print: GrabCAD Print simplifies the traditional 3D print preparation workflow and provides intelligence around printer usage, so your team can get quality prints, faster. Print directly from CAD, organize print queues, monitor material levels and work with detailed views of your model. The tray and slice preview feature support adjustments before going to print. Insight: Insight Software lets you print directly from CAD formats, eliminating the STL conversion. It can optimize productions with advanced control options that automatically adjust support structures and material extrusion paths, while providing the ability to pause production in order to change materials or embed hardware or circuitry. Control Center lets you seamlessly share project information between users, creating a more streamlined, efficient workflow. 2: 3D Scanner Software: The 3D scanner must include Artec Studio Pro and Geomagic for SolidWorks Bundle. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Proposals or Quotations. No solicitation document exists and no telephone or email inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, and should furnish detailed data concerning their capabilities to provide services sought including pricing data and technical data sufficient enough to determine that a comparable source to the government is available. The government may consider all Expressions of Interest received prior to March 26, 2019. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
