Description

In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) the United States Marshal Service (USMS) intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Pan Am International Flight Academy to purchase B737-400 Pilot Training. This is considered a sole source to Pan Am International Flight Academy, to the best of the USMS knowledge, based on market research conducted Pan Am International Flight Academy is the only known source that can provide this type of service. No known potential alternate sources exist which could satisfy USMS' requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for quote/proposal. Telephone responses and requests will not be received. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
