This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) to establish (a) Blanket Purchase Agreement(s). There will be no guaranteed minimum quantities purchased and the Government will be obligated only to the extent of authorized calls placed against the resulting Agreement (s). The Government intends to award Blanket Purchase Agreement (s); however, the Government reserves the right not to award any Blanket Purchase Agreement. Any resultant Blanket Purchase Agreement (s) will be no longer than one year. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
