Description

INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Solicitation N0042119Q0213 is issued as an intent to sole source. The Government under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) FAR Part 13 intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Columbus Jack/Regent as required for a direct replacement for aircraft jacks that are currently fielded to appropriately and safely prop up aircraft for integration., under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b). Columbus Jack/Regent NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
