Description

AMENDMENT NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 70FBR219I00000001 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562111 with a small business size standard of $38.50M. This requirement is unrestricted and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2019-03-20 17:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com. FOB Destination shall be in the Statement of Work. The DHS Federal Emergency Management Agency requires the following items, Purchase Description Determined by Line Item, to the following: Base Period of Performance: 03/31/2019 - 06/30/2019 LI 001: 8 CY YARD DUMPSTERS. QUANTITY PROVIDED IS THE TOTAL ANTICIPATED NUMBER OF SERVICES/DUMPS IN THE THREE MONTH PERIOD, TO INCLUDE SPECIAL PICK UPS IF DUMPSTER IS OVERFLOWED OR IF SPECIAL REQUIREMENT OCCURS. SPECIAL PICKUP WILL ORDERED WITH MINIMUM 24 HOUR NOTICE. FEMA MAY ADD DUMPSTERS OR LOCATIONS WITH 48 HOUR NOTICE. PRICE INCLUSIVE OF DELIVERY, SERVICE, PICK UP AT END OF SERVICE. CURRENT REQUIREMENT IS FOR TOTAL OF THREE (3) 8-YARD DUMPSTERS, ONE LOCATED AT FEMA BRANCH 1 AGUADILLA, EMPTIED ONCE PER WEEK, AND TWO (2) AT FEMA FSA ROOSEVELT ROADS, CEIBA, EMPTIED 2X PER WEEK, 65, EA; LI 002: 20 CY YARD DUMPSTERS. QUANTITY PROVIDED IS THE TOTAL ANTICIPATED NUMBER OF SERVICES/DUMPS IN THE THREE MONTH PERIOD, TO INCLUDE SPECIAL PICK UPS IF DUMPSTER IS OVERFLOWED OR IF SPECIAL REQUIREMENT OCCURS.
