- This is the final solicitation for the Veterans Data Integration and Federation (VDIF) Enterprise Platform Sustainment and Application Integration. This solicitation, and all referenced attachments, supersede all previous draft versions posted under this announcement. Questions and Answers- Round 1 is also being posted. Potential Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI): Be advised that any contractors supporting the following Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) Task Orders (TO) may have an actual or potential OCI with this effort specifically, related to Performance Work Statement, Section 5.3. An Offeror, or any of its proposed teammates, that is performing on any of the referenced EHRM TOs is cautioned to notify the Contracting Officer and request a formal OCI determination.
