- 36C24519Q0203: The intent of these specifications, terms, and conditions, is to describe the service and responsibility of the Engineering department of the Veterans Affairs Facility at the Huntington VA Medical Center located at 1540 Spring Valley Dr, Huntington, WV 25704. This procurement is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Work includes but not limited to: The contractor shall conduct SPS's RO/DI water system services in accordance with the attached statement of work. The firm must be approved under NAICS: 221310, size standard $20.5. Prospective contractors must be registered and current in the following websites: https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov and www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM to be eligible for award. Only SDVOSB Firms currently verified in the Veterans Information Pages (VIP) at www.vetbiz.gov are eligible to submit bids/offers. SDVOSB firms that submit bid/offers for SDVOSB set-asides that are not listed on VIP will be deemed nonresponsive. Solicitation documents will be available on or about 18 March 2019. No telephone inquiries will be answered. Prospective contractors are responsible for downloading attachments, and any issued amendments from www.fbo.gov. Offers will be accepted till 25 March 2019, at 1:00 pm EST. Email craig.armagost@va.gov with proposals. This procurement is subject to availability of funds.
