ALL FIRMS RESPONDING TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ARE ADVISED THAT THEIR RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST THAT WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR CONTRACT AWARD. THE INFORMATION FROM THIS MARKET RESEARCH IS FOR PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY AND WILL ASSIST THE GOVERNMENT IN PLANNING ITS ACQUISITION STRATEGY. THIS IS STRICTLY MARKET RESEARCH AND THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT ENTERTAIN QUESTIONS CONCERNING THIS MARKET RESEARCH. THE INTENT OF THIS NOTICE IS TO DETERMINE THE AVAILABILITY OF PROFESSIONAL VEGETATION RESTORATION SERVICES TO RESTORE AND ENHANCE FISH, RIPARIAN AND UPLAND HABITAT. The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement to provide professional vegetation restoration services to restore and enhance fish, riparian an upland habitat on the Yakima River, Southeast of Ellensburg, Washington. Project encompasses about a 285 acre parcel of land with different types of work throughout the project. Work will consist of Implementation of the Restoration and Planting Plan Through fiscal year (FY) 2023, continued site monitoring until fall of 2023, installation and operation and maintenance of a temporary irrigation infrastructure, and post-planting surveys.
