Description

The 115th Fighter Wing, Wisconsin Air National Guard contracting in Madison, WI is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to perform and complete XGFG152004, Renovation of the FM Area in Madison, WI (Dane County). The Government has a requirement to repair the Financial Management area on the 2nd floor including adjoined areas. The work includes, but is not limited to; minor demolition, furniture handling, furnish and install materials to construct new steel stud and gypsum wall, paint, floor coverings, voice and data communication & cabling system, suspended acoustic ceiling and ceiling grid, HVAC, furnishing all labor and materials, include electrical power and lighting. In addition to a base price for the work describe above the solicitation includes Government Options for this project. 1. Remove and install carpet flooring and baseboard: 2. HVAC and electrical 3. Remove and install carpet and baseboard in corridor. This solicitation will result in a single construction contract for both renovation and new construction.
