- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure Current Thermal Monitoring Enclosures, on a Sole Source basis from Techni-Tool Inc. (Cage 30239). The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority at FAR 13.106-1(b).
