Description

The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to sole source to Probity, Inc. for Acadia Desktop O&M Support. This requirement is for the FBI Directorate of Intelligence Division. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer Ricardo Tiggle by email. The email address is rtiggle@fbi.gov. All capability statements or quotes shall be received before the closing date and time. Please see the attached Sole Source Justification. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (20-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
