Description

Laboratory Renovation Room size is 29'2" x 14'8". Entryway is 5' x 4'7". Create an opening for and install standard sized double doors. Remove 6' x 7' double doors and close opening with appropriate wall material. Installation of acoustic paneling to walls (12' in height). Installation of electrical power outlets along one wall (mounted approximately 4'4" above floor). Remove vinyl tile flooring (12" x 12" tiles) and replace with high strength epoxy material. Remove 5'8" x 7'7" double doors and replace with new double doors. Installation of exhaust fan (no more than 12" in diameter). NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (21-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
