Description
The National Commission on Military, National, and Public Service (NCOS) was established as an independent commission in the executive branch by the 2017 National Defense Authorization Act to conduct a review of the military selective service process and consider methods to increase participation in military, national, and public service in order to address national security and other public service needs of the Nation. The Contractor shall provide licenses for the full Office 365 application suite. NCOS currently has a trial Office 365 suite complete with an official government domain (example: @Inspire2Serve.Gov). The Contractor shall provide licensing that allows for continuity of this service. A separate Contract will be providing managed services inclusive of hosting, configuration, and installation. The Contractor shall ensure that NCOS is provided with admin rights for the licenses inclusive of the ability to add, delete and manage users. 60 Licenses shall have a period of performance of April 30, 2019-December 31, 2019, after December 31, 2019, 20 fewer licenses will be required as commission employees are let go and their computers are decommissioned. The remaining 40 licenses will be required from January 1, 2020-March 31, 2020. This Delivery Order shall also contain an Optional Task that may be exercised at any time and from time to time throughout the base period up to the total amount specified in the CLIN. Licenses and Proof of Entitlement shall be due three days after license delivery.
