- The New York Army National Guard requires a vendor to provide billboards to be located at various locations throughout New York State, as referenced in the attached scope of work. All graphics will be provided by the Recruiting and Retention BN. Period of Performance: 6 months Locations: Billboards will be mounted by vendor at 10 locations as specified in scope of work All venders must include locations proposed in quote.
