- The Operational Contracting Division (AFLCMC/PZICC), Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, anticipates issuing a competitive 8(a) solicitation FA8601-19-R-A022 for a Best Value Firm Fixed Price/T&M contract for the maintenance and repair of 100 Military Family Housing units on or about 30 April 2019. The place of performance will be Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561210. The size standard is $38.5M. The solicitation and all related documents will be available at http://www.fbo.gov. All interested offerors must download documents from this web site. No hard copies will be available. All interested offerors are requested to electronically register in order to receive e-mail notification of updates to this solicitation. The Request for Proposal (RFP) and the Performance Work Statement (PWS) shall be posted on Fed Biz Ops at http://www.fbo.gov.
