- This is a pre-solicitation notice only. This is not a Request for Proposals (RFP) and does not commit the Government to award any contracts now or in the future. The Bureau of Land Management, Billings Field Office, has a requirement for the installation of bituminous concrete pavement, and drainage structure at the Billings Retardant Air Tanker Base (BRAT) in Billings Montana. The Contractor shall furnish labor, equipment, supplies and materials to complete the following tasks: mill the existing asphalt, construct base materials, demo drainage structures, concrete construction and new asphalt surfacing. The government intends to award this contract as a small business set-aside under NAICS code 237310. The corresponding small business size standard is $36.5 million. This project is anticipated to be between $150,000 and $500,000. The solicitation is tentatively scheduled to be available on or around March 6, 2019 at http://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect and https://www.fbo.gov. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued. Please check the solicitation for more information and all required documentation to be submitted.
