- The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to award to The Range Complex for a 5 day rifle course. This requirement is for the Counterterrorism Division. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer Ricardo Tiggle by email. The email address is rtiggle@fbi.gov. All capability statements or quotes shall be received before the closing date and time. Please see the attached Market Research Report.
