- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City, Florida (NSWC PC), intends to award a sole-source firm-fixed price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures to Engility Corporation dba TASC, 35 New England Business Center Drive, Suite 200, Andover, MA, 01810-1071 for one (1) each Corrosion Repair Kit II (Engility Part Number: EGL-FLPA-LCJA-COR-KTII) for refurbishment of the wet decks on the Japanese LCAC legacy vehicles. This purchase is not suitable for full and open competition for the following reasons. Engility has been instrumental for tracking the as-built status of the U.S. and Japanese craft and providing engineering and material inspections for acquiring the proper material, which also includes other damage repairs in the past. Engility is the only known source for this support. Delivery will be F.O.B. Destination to Naval Support Activity, Receiving Office, 100 Vernon Ave. Panama City, FL within 60 days after award of the order. NAICS Code is 333318, Small Business size standard is 1000 employees, PSC Code is 5180.
