- NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound, in support of NAVY REGION NW, is negotiating for a small business set-aside firm fixed price SERVICE “ type contract to PURCHASE HOTEL ROOMS AND PARKING SPOTS FOR THE SEATTLE SEAFAIR. Anticipated period of performance is 7/29/2019 through 8/4/2019. Requirement is being procured using FAR Part 12 and 13 Procedures. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which, if received in a timely manner, shall be considered by NAVSUP FLC PS. It is anticipated that solicitation N00406-19-Q-0147 will be posted to the NECO website: https://www.neco.navy.mil under Business Opportunities on or about 25 March 2019 with a closing date on or about 8 April 2019. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or faxed. Through its submission, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award. Vendors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM. All questions regarding this requirement, and electronic submission of complete proposals should be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist, Brooke Butcher, via email: brooke.butcher@navy.mil. Electronic submission of quotes via NECO is not available at this time.
