- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement for CLEANING AND DEGASSING OF THE BANK GRADING UNIT TANKS. Services will be provided at USACE Ensley Engineer Yard, 2915 Riverport Road, Memphis, Tennessee, 38109. Services/Supplies will be provided in accordance with the attached solicitation. The solicitation number is W912EQ19T0017 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside procurement. The associated NAICS code is 562211. A copy of solicitation may be downloaded from the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Web Site https://fbo.gov on or about March 22, 2019. Response to this solicitation must be received via email, mail, or delivered by date and time indicated on solicitation; regardless of method of delivery, it is the offeror's responsibility to ensure receipt of quote by the time and date stated therein.
