- The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Technology Application Contracting Office (TAKO) intends to procure engineering and manufacturing services to create or make a flight ready lightweight Infrared Exhaust Suppressor (IES) System that has the potential to improve the survivability of an aircraft in hostile environments by reducing aircraft signature by using a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and/or Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Indefinite Delivery -Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.
