- This is a market survey to locate sources of supply with capability to supply the items listed by National Stock Number (NSN), Part Number (P/N) and item name/nomenclature below and with capability to complete the First Article Test requirements and deliver the required items within 300 days after award of the contract and the initial delivery order and with capability to deliver the required items within 180 days after award of the subsequent Delivery Orders.
