Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This is not a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, bids, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. Responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Great Lakes Acquisition Center is planning to solicit for an On-Site Construction Claims Analysis training class at the Clement J Zablocki VA Hospital, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The Contractor shall provide on site training for Construction Claims Analysis training. Training will be conducted at the Clement J. Zablocki Medical Center, Milwaukee, WI. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision, and quality control. As part of the training session for the Construction Claims Analysis, the contractor shall include two (2) consecutive days of classroom instruction scheduled on April 4, 2019 and April 5, 2019. The training shall be interactive and include exercises, and job aids to reinforce learning. The Contractor must provide all course materials and a Certificate of Completion for each attendee. The Great Lakes Acquisition Center/ VA Milwaukee is conducting a market survey to determine the existence of potential small business concerns (e.g., HUBZone, 8(a), SDVOSB, Woman Owned, etc.) with the capability to accomplish this. Interested parties shall provide a brief overview of their firm s capabilities and past experience with projects similar in scope to this project. All information shall be submitted in Word or PDF format, not to exceed 10 pages, including all attachments. Each submittal shall also include the following business information: DUNS number Organization Name Organization Address Point of Contact (including name, title, addresses, telephone number, fax number and Email address) Business size Socio-economic status ( IF SDVOSB or VOSB provide SDVOSB or VOSB CVE verification) Firms shall identify whether or not they are a small business or other than small business in accordance with the size standard for NAICS code 511210. If another NAICS code may be applicable, please identify the NAICS in your capability statement. All information must be received no later than: March 26, 2019, 12:00 PM, CST.
